We offer both in-person and telehealth options to our clients. Clients may choose which option they prefer, and may switch between in-person and tele-therapy per their schedule. All appointments must be scheduled in advance so that our provider is prepared to see you in the location of your choice.

Thrive Modern Health counseling services are available for patients in the state of Minnesota only, due to licensing.

Yes, our lead provider, Alexandra Myhill-Jones, is licensed in both pediatric and adult clinical counseling. She can also work with the entire family.
